The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.

Did not disappoint, would stay here again. Very comfortable bed, slept like babies. Close to shops, bars, nightclubs. Receptionist, Ivan, was very friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in, top guy! Security good, card required to access communal areas of the hotel. The staff were also very attentive when serving drinks around the pool. The cleaning staff also did a great job cleaning our room every day. Aircon in the room worked well and wasn't too noisy.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the suite was perfect for a small group of 4 or 5, with 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen and open plan kitchen. The room had everything you need - a big fridge, iron, plenty of towels, hairdryer and it was cleaned to a spotless finish each day. The pools and beds are really nice and also has a jacuzzi. There are lockers and showers with hairdryers and towels for your last day when youve checked out - luggage room too.

The staff is definitely the best aspect of the location. I want to thank to all the receptionists I met, they are all very friendly and helpful and so great to talk to. Special thanks to Ivan, who made our stay so much fun by helping us choose the car rental place and the boat party. He shared all the tips and tricks about the island and he also knows a lot about Ibiza which made us so happy we chose this destination.

the apartments were wonderful, like new. so clean, comfortable and spacious. the mattresses were dreamy. I normally struggle at hotels, but these were wonderful. super quiet area despite being amidst the main places. so we were not kept awake at all, nor was the apartments noisy. The staff were more than accommodating, so friendly and helpful. Really a great environment because of how welcome they make you feel.
